Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using The Hive, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What The Hive provides

The Hive is a marketing foundation and production-support service for owner-led small businesses and solopreneurs. We help you turn what you already know, say, sell, and share into Your Voice — a foundation for coherent content, design, social, and website presence.

Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Beta and manual service

The Hive is in beta. Parts of the service — including payment, plan assignment, review, and delivery — may be handled manually while we learn and improve. Features and pricing may change during this period.

Your content

You retain ownership of the business content and source material you submit. You grant The Hive permission to use it to operate and provide the service — including organizing, drafting, and preparing deliverables for you.

AI-assisted outputs

The Hive uses AI tools as part of preparing drafts and deliverables. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or make incorrect assumptions.

Review required before use

You are responsible for reviewing any generated or delivered content before publishing it — especially factual claims, testimonials, pricing, offers, guarantees, and any legal, financial, medical, tax, or otherwise regulated claims.

No guarantee of business results

The Hive does not guarantee any specific marketing, sales, or business outcome.

Payments and plans

Some payments and plan assignments may be handled manually outside the app during beta. Details of what is included, timelines, and fees may be described separately for each plan or engagement.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to violate laws or the rights of others.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.

Intellectual property

Your content

You own the business content you submit and the final delivered marketing materials prepared for your business.

The Hive platform

The Hive owns the platform, software, workflows, templates, prompts, internal methods, and system design. These are not transferred to you by using the service.

Confidentiality

We treat the business information you share with common-sense care and use it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if we need to change or discontinue the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
