AI Use Disclosure

How The Hive uses AI
The Hive uses AI tools as part of turning your inputs into a working marketing foundation and content drafts. AI is a tool inside the workflow — not a replacement for your judgment.
What AI may help with
- Summarizing and organizing the material you submit.
- Drafting sections of Your Voice.
- Creating producer briefs, work orders, and initial content drafts.
- Organizing marketing ideas and structuring deliverables.
- Preparing client-ready drafts for review.
User review and feedback
Your Hive and Hive Studio are self-directed services and do not include human review of AI-assisted output. You refine the work through feedback and choose what is ready to use. Hive Partner does include human curation and preparation as part of the managed service, but your approval is still required before posting.
Your responsibility
You should review any content before publishing it — especially factual claims, testimonials, pricing, offers, guarantees, and anything in a regulated area (legal, financial, medical, tax, etc.).
Accuracy limits
AI can make mistakes, invent details, or draw incomplete conclusions from limited inputs. Treat drafts as a starting point, not a finished product.
Sensitive information
Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information (like government IDs, financial account numbers, or health details) unless it is genuinely necessary for the work.
Third-party AI and service providers
Content you submit may be processed by external AI and service providers we use to operate features of the platform.
No professional advice
AI-generated or Hive-delivered outputs are not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice.
